Our mission is to bring the best Southern Style BBQ to Southern California Mama Frances watching her mother BBQ on a half barrel oil can with a wire grated rack which her uncle made into a BBQ pit, as they celebret life and family heritage and culture, Mama Frans as a teen started to BBQ for her family and continued to watched other in the family BBQ that would add to her style of add to tried and true authentic family recipes.
