Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Technical Errors: If a payment was processed due to a system or billing error on our side.
Service Not Delivered: If you purchased a service (such as an ad campaign) that was not activated or delivered due to issues within Wiwonder’s system.
Legal Requirement: If a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Services already delivered, used, or partially consumed.
User violations of our Terms and Conditions that result in account suspension or termination.
