Welcome to Wiwonder! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). 4. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post on Wiwonder.

• We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on Wiwonder (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Wiwonder.

• Wiwonder may display advertisements through partners such as Ezoic, Google, and other ad networks.

• We may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

• Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the provider.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of Wiwonder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms,

• Engage in unlawful activity, or

• Harm other users or the reputation of Wiwonder.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Wiwonder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiwonder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
